A tenant union in Los Angeles is holding occupy event to prevent eviction

Los Angeles, CA:

A tenants’ union is currently occupying a residence in Los Angeles in order to attempt to prevent the sheriff’s department from evicting the resident family tomorrow.  Attendees of the event are carrying protest signs equating eviction to violence and are operating under the expectation that they will not be arrested by the sheriff’s department.  (SOURCE: https://twitter.com/LATenantsUnion ; https://twitter.com/salvo_paper/status/1090119364483768320).
