American Redoubt:

Texas:
21 FEB: The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality issued a boiling water advisory on 20 FEB for residents of Crystal City, TX and advised against drinking black/discolored water.
Appalachian Redoubt:
20 FEB: The Pine Grove (WV) Water Works water intake was closed indefinitely after heating oil from a gas processing facility spilled into a nearby creek. A water advisory was issued the same day, which was lifted on 23 FEB.
